A meditative experience in which the practitioner is “bathed” in sound waves from Tibetan singing bowls. This is an accessible yet powerful practice to achieve deep relaxation in all physical, mental, and emotional layers.
Prior to the “bathing” part, you’ll practise a Breathwork, and short series of Yin or Restorative Yoga poses to prepare your body and mind. The long-hold poses offer the chance to be still and be present.
