TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All class pass/membership packages are non-refundable (including during force majeure circumstances such as fire, flooding, pandemic)
- We do allow the rollover of expired classes into a newly purchased package/membership, provided that it is purchased within six (6) months after the expiration date of the expired Class Pass.
- In case of sickness or travel, your package/membership can be frozen (only for 10/20-class packages). All you need to do is to email us your itinerary or medical certificate
- The membership can be transferred to a nominated individual. Transfers are only possible before your membership expires. Validity of transferred packages will not be reset, but will continue as before.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel at least 3 hours prior to a class, 24 hours prior to a workshop/private class, a class credit will be issued to your account - no money will be refunded. Any cancellations after this window won't be eligible for credit.
