Hue received her 200H Yoga Teacher Training (RYT) at Om Factory Hanoi in 2018, while keeping her job at the fancy side of the Hospitality industry. She continued practicing and immersed herself in the science of Yoga. As her passion for teaching grew, she started yoga classes after working hours. Wanderlust (with a little help from Covid) encouraged her to give up hotel management and return to nature. Hoi An was a natural choice. In 2021, destiny connected Hue and Fara Marz, the meanderer from NYC and founder of Om Factory. Right here in Hoi An over a glass of wine or two, the dream of Om Factory Hoi An was conceived.
Hue’s practice and teaching yoga flourished through observing and guiding her students and tireless study of yoga. She pursues her passion for and curiosity of human anatomy and movement with different sports. Yoga has changed her way of seeing the world, bringing flexibility of body, mind, and internal stillness. It has stoked her insatiable desire for learning and self-improvement. Her teaching focuses on creative sequencing, alignment and inspiring her students.
