Aerial yoga is an invigorating practice introducing the use of a hammock to allow students to perform postures that may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. It combines traditional yoga with moves inspired from dance and acrobatics.

Lyra classes focus on developing the upper body, core and grip strength necessary to move your body with ease around and within the hoop. Our Lyra classes feature tricks that will make you fall in love with the apparatus, as well as finding the grace and ease to transition between them. You’ll be guided through advanced conditioning exercises, as well as the opportunity to learn dynamic movements and spins.
