Yoga, hiking, relaxing, and community await just a short 4 hour drive from hustle bustle Ha Noi to the majestic Pu Luong National Reserve. Start the day meditating as the sun rises over rice terrace. Two yoga classes a day are offered at sunrise and before bed, leaving most of the day to immerse in nature or just hang around the garden and read a good book.


Pu Luong, in the local Black Thai language, stands for "the highest mountain peak”. It’s in the middle of one of Vietnam’s most stunning protected areas, and a lesser-known ecotourism and trekking spot. This April, when the terraces will be covered with the green color of young rice, which brings about a feeling of peace and tranquility, we invite you to unplug and join us on this self-discovery journey.

Graduates will receive a certificate indicating they have successfully completed the Shakti Yoga Method 60 hour Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Teacher Training which can be applied towards their continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance USA.

Certification Requirements include:
