Take time away from work and daily demands, and give yourself one week to reset. At Om Đây Yoga in Hoi An, you will spend 7 days and 6 nights in a calm environment surrounded by rice fields, nature, and the sea.
This retreat is designed for those who want to step back, rest, and return to their body. Each day includes 4 hours of yoga practice, offering space to slow down, reconnect, and build a consistent routine. Seven days is long enough for your body and mind to feel a noticeable shift.
April is one of the most beautiful months in Hoi An, with dry, cool weather and golden rice fields. Morning sessions are guided Hatha–Vinyasa practices at the studio facing the fields. Afternoon workshops focus on body awareness and alignment to support a deeper understanding of movement.

Activities
Days here move gently between yoga practice, rest, and discovery. You can cycle through rice fields, visit local temples, take a cooking class, or spend slow afternoons at the beach.
One day during the retreat, we will have a short trip or picnic to explore Quang Nam’s hidden waterfalls and nature, depending on weather and group interest.
x2 nourishing meals are included each day, freshly prepared at the property. The third meal is yours to explore. We’ll often head out together to discover local cafés & restaurants in Hoi An.
You will have access to our retreat space, featuring a swimming pool, open living areas, and bicycles for riding through the rice fields to the yoga shala, located just 5 minutes away.

6:30 am – Movement & Breath
Morning Hatha Vinyasa practice to awaken the body, connect with breath, and begin the day with clarity.
8:30 am – Nourish
A wholesome breakfast with tropical fruits, yogurt, homemade bread, eggs, and Vietnamese coffee or herbal tea. Coffee + tea are available throughout the day.
9:30 am – Explore & Rest
Free time to wander Hoi An’s ancient town, visit the beach, cycle through rice fields, or rest in the garden
(Optional) Join Harry for a half-day adventure : a short trip or picnic to explore Quang Nam’s hidden waterfalls and nature, depending on weather and group interest.
12:30 pm – Nourish
Lunch on your own — explore one of Hoi An’s local cafés or vegetarian restaurants nearby.
2:00 pm – Quiet Hours
Time for reading, journaling, swimming at the pool, or booking a massage at the retreat house.
4:00- 6:00 pm – Afternoon Practice / Workshop
A focused session exploring technique, philosophy, or restorative themes
7:00 pm – Nourish
Shared dinner, simple, home-cooked Vietnamese meals made with fresh, local ingredients.
9:00 pm – Rest
Evening silence, journaling, or quiet time in the garden.
🌕 April 2– Full Moon Ceremony
On the evening of the full moon, we’ll skip the afternoon practice and gather for a Yin Yoga and Sound Bath Ceremony, a soft and reflective practice under the Hoi An night sky, honouring renewal, stillness, and the turning of the season.
